A Bacara Resort Wedding in Santa Barbara
This stunning Santa Barbara wedding we did last November at the Bacara Resort is still one of my favorites... The design was timeless with all white flowers, clean lines and accents of lace.
I love this image so much - so romantic and the beach views are breathtaking. We were fortunate to work with Ryan Phillips on this gorgeous wedding. Love his work!
This wedding was also very special to me because I first met Jess on a wedding show we collaborated on for Tori Spelling. She was a producer and I did the flowers for the weddings. She always said when she got married she wanted me to do the flowers... so I was incredibly honored when I received the email about her engagement to Wolf!!
Jess is also one of the designers behind the fab event planning company Sybarite Designs with another great friend of mine Chris Wrobleski. I also met Chris while working on various projects for Tori Spelling. Both he and Jess founded Sybarite Designs after designing so many amazing events. Chris took care of all of the details the day of the wedding and it was so awesome to work with someone who knew how to effectively run a wedding day.
Adorable flower girl with a floral head piece of garden roses and lisianthis...
This is Bailey, he is Jess' beloved little dog. He made the cutest little ring bearer in his suit and tie.
The bridal bouquet was created with white peonies, white ohara garden roses and David Austin Keira garden roses. The stems were wrapped in lace. *Please note, this is an iphone picture I took the day of the wedding ; )
Jess has pretty exquisite taste...
The bridesmaids chose their own little black dress and carried white floral bouquets of garden roses, lisianthis, spray roses and runnunculas. The stems were also wrapped in white lace.

Wolf wore a simple garden rose boutonniere with the stem wrapped in black satin ribbon for a finished look.
The views from this lawn are seriously so amazing that not much was needed to enhance the ceremony site.We created two white floral arrangements in a clean rounded style and placed them in white urns. We made simple white hydrangea floral pomanders, finished with hanging pearls. They were hung on the chairs from white lace ribbon.

Since the ceremony site was just a clearing with a lawn on top of a mountain, Jess brought in a white canopy to make her grand entrance. It made her walk down the aisle so striking against the ocean views. Jess and Wolf's wedding was also one of the first weddings to be held on this lawn at Bacara Resort.
Jess and Wolf used the Rotunda for dancing and lounge areas after the dinner reception. The whole area was draped in white fabric.
For the entrance table, we added some romantic candlelight and a lush white floral arrangement in the center.

Jess collected these amazing black lanterns... We then added fresh rose petals around the base of the place card frame. I love this shot because of the glowing candles in the background.
The clean all white design is one of my favorites!! And I love the bistro lights that Jess added above the tables in the courtyard. Dreamy!!
All around the courtyard, we lined the window openings with tons of candles - it added so much to the romantic ambiance.
The tables were lined with all white floral arrangements created in a mix of glass vases and silver mercury glass containers. We also added in lots of votive candles as well as lace wrapped candles.
For the sweetheart's table, we used a similar design to the guest tables and added in single white garden rose blooms with blush votive candles.

I am so grateful for Tori, otherwise I would have never met Jess and Wolf. Thank you for allowing me to be a small part of your wedding day... I loved every minute of the planning and designing. Let's do it again!! Wishing you a lifetime of love and happiness Mr.and Mrs. Amer xoxo
