We have had an overwhelming response to Kate's Minnie Mouse Party, thank you all for your sweet comments! Many people have been asking what we did for the invitation, so I decided to post a picture for everyone. For the full Minnie Mouse party post,

I have said this many times before, but Paper Source is fabulous for all of your invite and paper needs. We purchased the pink polka dot paper at a local scrapbooking store. The zebra print invite was a creative find down the wedding aisle at Michael's. The zebra invites are actually part of their bachelorette party line! But they were so perfect and easy to print on for this party.
We added a glitter Minnie applique at the top of the invite... I also outlined the 2 in black acrylic "rhinestones" for a glam little touch.
The outside of the invite featured a zebra print Minnie mouse with a pink polka dot bow, finished with a hot pink ribbon band. The invites went perfectly with the party, they were simple, chic and fun!
And while I am posting pictures of invitations, here is Kate's 1st Birthday party... for the full 1st Birthday Party post,

The paper cupcake was all handmade by us. We used vellum paper for the cupcake paper, white felt for the frosting and cardstock for the candle. The sprinkles were mini sparkling beads.
Kate and Ella
And here are my precious girls, I just love them to pieces. We are planning Ella's first birthday using an inspiration board from Snippet and Ink, with accents of vintage teddy bears.
Can't wait to share the pictures with you!
One last picture of my beautiful Kate...xoxo
