Malibu Rocky Oaks Wedding

This wedding was a true labor of love... And really, I was over the moon that our bride Marissa and her mom, Patricia loved flowers almost as much as I do. We decked the Malibu Rocky Oaks Estate out in the most beautiful white flowers contrasted with dark greenery, from the staircase entry to the pergola over guests as they dined. It was an honor to also have this wedding featured on Style Me Pretty's front page and they also chose it as one of their top real weddings of 2016. Which is quite an honor, considering they feature thousands of weddings each year. Sally Pinera really took my breath away with the most stunning images of this special day. And the cherry on top was designing along side my talented friend, Nancy of So Happi Together who tied each piece of this neutral colored affair together seamlessly. It was hard to decide which images to post because each one of Sally's photos were my favorite.
Enjoy this beautiful day and visit Style Me Pretty to read about more details...

Marissa carried an all white bouquet of spring flowers such as lilac, garden roses, tulips, ranunculus, and peonies with olive, bay leaf and boxwood.

The staircase in the main house's entryway was adorned with fresh greenery cuttings to soften the railing, and the base was surrounded by more foliage, white garden roses, and candles for a romantic setting.

The stunning Malibu canyon is a gorgeous setting for weddings... We added flowers to Found Rental's arch and lined the aisle with oversize floral arrangements in urns to dress up the helipad.

Guests dined under chandeliers, and groupings of greenery and imported white orchids. And the long table was set with a lush garland filled with white flowers that draped onto the floor.

Custom name place cards were created by Aether Workshop and Red Letter Day Jane for each guest. The setting was completed by beautiful pieces from Casa de Perrin.

The Butter's End created a gorgeous cake covered in fondant feathers. We added a semi circle of flowers around the base to finish the cake table decor.

Thank you Marissa and Paul for allowing me to be a part of your wedding day.
Wishing you both a lifetime of love and happiness xoxo

Enchanted Garden Riviera Country Club Wedding

This enchanted garden wedding in Pacific Palisades, was dreamed up by the effervescent Alex of Sterling Engagements. I was beyond thrilled to do the floral design for this gorgeous wedding. We used shades of peach, cream, blush and accents of apricot with lush greenery. My favorite elements include the luxurious green velvet linens, trees growing in the Riviera Country Club ballroom, and the lush chuppah design with branches woven through the top. Talya and Leonard were the nicest couple and their family was a pleasure to work with on this special day. Pictures really do not do this magical design justice, it was truly an exceptional day.

We created tall centerpieces with a variety of lush greenery in light and dark shades of greenery. The centerpieces were placed on crystal stands, with the base surrounded by candlelight.

Talya's bouquet was created with decadent garden roses, ranunculus, lilac and peonies with a light accent of jasmine vine.

The existing structure onsite at Riviera Country Club, was draped in blush pink chiffon by Amber Lighting. Then we added large floral arrangements with greenery and curly willow branches in varying shades of peach, white, blush and chartreuse. One of my favorite chuppah designs we have ever done, it was breath taking in person and the scent was amazing. The aisle was lined with rose petals to complete the ceremony look.

We created tabletop frames and covered them in fresh greenery and curly willow for the long table designs. The center of the table was lined with floral centerpieces and candles.

Many thanks to William Innes Photography for sharing these photos with us...

Saddlerock Ranch - Chateau Le Dome Spring Wedding

Oh, this dreamy spring wedding was a good one with my friend Esther Kim of My Bride Story. Cissy and Hao were the easiest going couple. Cissy was a delight through the whole planning process. Every time I saw her, she was giggling and having the best time. And I love how Brandon Kidd captured her personality through these images. Chateau le Dome is one of my favorite sites at Saddlerock Ranch in Malibu. The adorable cottage, with the beautifully landscaped back garden... and not to mention some of the most stunning views of Malibu Canyon. Cissy and Hao were married in April, when the lilac was in full bloom. We took advantage of the spring season as well as her fresh color palette of bush, lilac, lavender, peach and soft whites. They wanted a soft rustic feel with a garden aesthetic for their wedding...

The existing structure at Chateau le Dome is birch wrapped four post frame. And its huge, probably the biggest one on site at Saddlerock Ranch. We created an asymmetrical design with draped material and florals.

We created her bridal bouquet with garden roses, astilbe, astrantia, ranunculus, fresh lavender sprigs, peonies and spray roses with melaleuca, silver dollar, dusty miller and feather eucalyptus.

A lounge area for guests set with a backdrop of the vineyard...

Delicious and beautiful sweets by the talented Rita of M Cakes

Many heartfelt thanks to Esther and Brandon Kidd for being awesome creative partners. Esther designed this wedding and styled it beautifully. And as always, Brandon Kidd delivered gorgeous images xoxo
